• Each aligner is individually manufactured for your teeth and your teeth only.
• As you gradually replace each aligner, your teeth will gradually move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to the final position prescribed on the initial simulation called a ‘clincheck’.
• Next, our state-of-the-art Itero Scanner can digitally scan your teeth and even show you an immediate before and after mock-up of your potential smile.
• Virtual Care is the latest app that is free to download and will allow you to lease with your Invisalign dentist while you continue treatment from the comfort of your home.

• Your fit appointment will be booked once the clinic has received your box of Invisalign aligners. At this session, our Invisalign diamond provider will go through your new Invisalign kit, which includes a case for placing your aligners in anytime they are out of your mouth.
• A brush to clean your aligners and all instructions, some toothpaste samples, a chewy to help seat your aligners, and everything else you may need to start your journey! The tooth-coloured attachments that help to grip the aligners and add torque for specific moments will be placed during this appointment, as well as any filing (IPR – interproximal reduction) to allow space for the teeth to be able to move.
• You will be given a few sets of aligners and your treatment schedule for changing them every 7, 10 or 14 days, depending on the complexity of your case.

Review appointments will be booked in advance every 6-8 weeks, depending on the length of your treatment plan and any auxiliary techniques the dentist needs to implement throughout your treatment, such as introducing elastics, new attachments, etc.

At the end of your treatment, you will review all your retainer options again.

Vivera retainers are removable retainers from Invisalign. They come in 3 sets and will help you maintain your new smile.

You can also decide to have fixed wire retainers bonded to the back of your teeth in either silver or gold, which will also aid the maintenance of your straight smile for many years. The combination of the two retainer options is ideal.
